The 9-100 Vaccination Plan of the Guillermo Lasso government, which provides for nine million people to be immunized in a period of one hundred days, is being carried out with several massive vaccination campaigns in different parts of the country. This program was developed following a system in which a specific group of people is vaccinated each week according to their age. Hence, a new record of people vaccinated in a single day was registered on July 15, according to the vaccination meter of the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) with a cut on Thursday.
Only this Thursday, 382,773 vaccines were applied throughout the country. Of this total dose, 196,742 were received by women and 186,031 by men.
It was the third consecutive day that it was possible to exceed the number of three hundred thousand immunized daily, as happened on Tuesday the 13th and Wednesday the 14th of this month.
